It was minus 13 outside, but the action was hot in the hall as supercross hit Finland last night with the opening night of the Helsinki Supercross. Shock winner was Jurgen Wybo on the Viaene Kawasaki though the Belgian was a class act on the track rendered rutted and tatty as the frozen earth thawed out; Jurgen won his heat, only lost out late on in his semi to Kimi Raikkonen runner Dean Ferris, and ran down Florent Richier in the Main even before the Frenchman made a late error in the difficult going. Jack Brunell was consistent all night to place fourth behind Fabien Izoird. The can catch a taste of the action, with pretty much the same cast which will race at Herning in Denmark next weekend by clicking http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKobvtv1N8c&feature
