The German has posted on twitter: "so guys, I'll ride 250 on the weekend but 450 again in Daytona, and Salt Lake and Vegas 250."
KTM racing boss Pit Beirer clarified this morning: "Twitter sometimes knows more than I do ;-) The plan is San Diego, followed by one week outdoor testing with GP mechanic Gerald Wever in California as already discussed. Then both will travel back to Europe via Daytona."
US boards are already speculating that Roczen will be racing the AMA Nationals this year, which is clearly ludicrous. For clarification here is Ken's schedule for the next three months:
February 19 San Diego West Coast Lites
outdoor testing with GP bike in California
March 5 Daytona SX on 350
return to Europe for GP preparation
April 9/10 Bulgarian GP Sevlievo
April 24/25 Dutch GP Valkenswaard
return to USA
April 30 Salt Lake City West Coast Lites
May 7 Las Vegas SX Lites
May 14/15 US GP Glen Helen
May 21/22 Brazilian GP Indaiatuba
a full schedule, but no more than any other top rider, and with only one trip each way across the North Atlantic.
