Marc de Reuver may be, in his own words, "hobbling round like a Vietnam veteran", but the Van Beers Yamaha leader is already in Brazil and looking forward to the Indaiatuba GP at the weekend.
The ever-jovial Dutchman had a heavy crash already on the second lap of free training at Glen Helen on Saturday and has his knee and ankle strapped up and a crooked nose, but, as he said before racing the first moto in California, "I came here to race".

BIKERFM FROM TROY LEE TONITE

Dave King will present the Hucks n Kinger MX Show this evening on http://www.bikerfm.co.uk direct from the Troy Lee Designs home base in Corona this evening; the TLD race team is the only front-line US team other than KTM to be supporting the Glen Helen GP this weekend as they send Christian Craig and Travis Baker to the line. Should be interesting.

JAKE TAKES A LOOK

Jake Nicholls was back on the GP scene at Valkenswaard, but only to watch, chill out with some mates and help out Maler with the commentary: "I can start riding again in a fortnight and hope to return to racing at the French GP in June. I have been able to keep up my physical training but if my riding is not back to where I want to be I will put it back by a week or two; I don't want to return until I am sure I can be competitive."
